Every custom frame is printed just for you. Here is exactly what happens after you order.

Upload your photo, choose your frame and size, then check out in a couple of minutes.

Step 2
Pay the shipping deposit
100–130 EGP via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 24 hours. It covers delivery and starts production.

Step 3
We print & frame it
We check your photo, then print and frame it just for you.

Step 4
Pay on delivery
Delivered in 5–10 working days. Pay for your frame in cash when it arrives.
Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it. Every frame has a 6-month warranty.

Send the original photo from your phone or camera, not a screenshot or a photo saved from WhatsApp (WhatsApp shrinks it). After you upload, the page tells you if your photo is sharp enough for each size.
Can you crop my photo?
You choose the crop yourself: open the Close-up preview and drag your photo inside the frame. We print that part of the photo. Switch between Portrait and Landscape to match your photo.
Can I return a custom frame?
Custom frames are printed just for you, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of paying the shipping deposit, before production starts.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you within 3–5 business days. Every frame has a 6-month warranty.
